Grant Application Form – Assistance for visually impaired individuals

This form should only be used for applications from individuals. All applications must be made through Seescape (Fife Society for the Blind) who will assess the application and provide relevant advice, guidance and support. All of the boxes must be completed.

The Charity can only consider applications from those residing within its defined operating area in East Fife or those coming to East Fife for training and/or rehabilitation. Please see our website for clarification of our operating area.
